Why a cooked egg is different from a raw egg.

The egg contains protein, the heat changes the structure of the protein parties and the egg goes to colourless to white. It also not reversible. When it cools its doesn’t turn colourless again. A cooked egg is chemical different from a raw egg. It also changes temperature.
